UNION — Roslyn R. Feyler, 44, died unexpectedly Feb. 6, 2015, at his home in Union. He was born Oct. 29, 1970, to Llewellyn and Rosemary (Starrett) Feyler. Roslyn grew up in Warren and graduated from Medomak Valley High School. As a youth he was a member of Cub Scouts.

Roslyn worked as a drywaller for more than 20 years. For a brief time, he went fishing for eels with his buddies, Jamie Flaherty and Richard Courtney.

He raised a horse and a beef steer when he was involved in 4-H. He enjoyed going dirt biking, fishing and ice fishing. He was a history buff and was very politically opinionated.

He was predeceased by his father, Llewellyn Feyer; and by his grandparents, Walter and Florence Feyler and Ernest and Catherine Starrett.

He is survived by his mother, Rosemary Feyler of Union; his brothers, Lynell Feyler of Warrenton,Va. and Rory Feyler of Union.

Friends are welcome to join the family Thursday, Feb. 12 for a time of visitation from 1 to 2 p.m., followed by a celebration of Roslyn's life at 2 p.m., both at Hall Funeral Home, 949 Main St. in Waldoboro. The Rev. Robert Dorr will officiate.
