ROCKLAND — Ronald W. "Bo" Dodd, 53, passed away peacefully on April 2, 2017, at home, following a long illness.

Born Nov. 16, 1963, in Newport, R.I., he was the son of Frank Santos Capizzano and Rose Marie Gaudette.

For many years Bo was a caretaker and caregiver for Robert Indiana. He enjoyed music and dancing, as well as crane operating, motorcycles and exploring the woods.

He loved his wife and family very much.

Bo was predeceased by his parents; his stepfather, Larry MacDonald; and two brothers, Richard Dodd and Frank Capizzano. He is survived by his wife, Tracey Dodd of Rockland; his daughters, Jorden Rosemarie Dodd and Jamie Dodd of Connecticut; his stepdaughters, Stacey Leonard and her husband, Shawn, and Shaun-Tay Prentiss and her companion, Joel, all of Rockland; his step-son, Daniel Dewalt and his fiance, Jaclyn McNulty, of South Carolina; his mother-in-law, Dolores Boody; his sister, Gina Capizzano; his brothers, Steve Dodd and his companion, Helen, and Bob Dodd of Florida; his stepbrothers, John MacDonald and Ken MacDonald; and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Bo's life will be held Friday, April 7, at 2 p.m. at Burpee Carpenter & Hutchins Funeral Home, 110 Limerock St. in Rockland.
