ROCKPORT — Given the amount of tree debris that has been arriving at Mid-Coast Solid Waste Transfer Station in Rockport, the facility decided this week to continue accepting brush at no charge until Nov. 26.

Director Jim Guerra, however, requests that people not arrive before 11:30 a.m. with the debris.

Crews at the transfer station are chipping the debris, and trucks are hauling the wood chips to a the Androscoggin paper mill in Jay.
