Rockport Police beat: OUI, unregistered vehicles

    ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity Jan. 27-Feb.1. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

    Jan. 27

    Wendy Lash, 41, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Officer Dana Smith for inspection violation, operating after suspension.

    Jan. 28

    Tracy Taylor, 47, of Warren, was issued a summons by Officer Jim Moore for operating an unregistered vehicle more than 150 days.

    Catherine Sullivan, 46, of St. George, was used a summons by Smith for failure to register motor vehicle within 30-150 days.

    Esther McGowan, 30, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Smith for inspection violation.

    Jan. 31

    Christine Starrett, 55, of Glenburn, was issued a summons by Officer Travis Ford for speeding 54 mph in a 35 mph zone.

    Feb. 1

    Breanna Moody, 19, of Cushing, was issued a summons by Smith for insurance violation.
