Rockport Police beat: Operating under the influence, speeding

    ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity June 4-14. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

    June 4

    Amanda Chibikh, 45, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Officer Jim Moore for domestic violence stalking, driving to endanger and possession of more than one valid drivers license.

    June 10

    Mark Fitzgerald, 41, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Officer Dana Smith for violating condition of release.

    Julie Wadsworth, 36, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Smith for violating condition of release.

    Daniel Reed, 60, of Friendship, was issued a summons by Smith for assault.

    June 12

    Kelly Delfrate, 51, of Tenants Harbor, was arrested by Sgt. Travis Ford for operating under the influence.

    June 14

    William Waterbury, 86, of Vinalhaven, was issued a summons by Ford for speeding 63 miles per hour in a 35 mph zone.

    Elizabeth Sanderson, 49, of Boonsboro, Md., was issued a summons by Smith for failure to maintain control of motor vehicle.
