Rockport Police beat: Marijuana possession, operating after suspension, inspection and insurance violations

    ROCKPORT – Rockport police reported the following activity Aug 12-17. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

    Aug. 12

    Willow Henry-Elwell, 29, of Thomaston, was issued a summons by Officer Dana Smith for an inspection violation.

    Kathleen Zable, 24, of Thomaston, was issued a summons by Smith for an inspection violation.

    Niomi R. Ecker, 25, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Officer Cooper Plaisted for possession of usable amount of marijuana, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, and insurance violation.

    Aug. 13

    Samuel Wiley, 21, of Tenants Harbor, was issued a summons by Officer Jim Moore for unnecessary braking and or excelleration.

    Aug. 14

    Jacklyn Blemaster, 33, of Hope, was issued a summons by Officer Robbie Shaw for failure to register a motor vehicle within 30-150 days.

    Meredith Hughes, 28, of Nobleboro, was issued a summons by Plaisted for operating after suspension, inspection violation, and insurance violation.

    Aug. 15

    Sarah Pennington, 18, of Appleton, was issued a summons by Shaw for an insurance violation.

    Aug. 16

    Matthew Donaher, 30, of Camden, was issued a summons by Smith for violating condition of release.

    Aug. 17

    George Gerdron, 33, of Waldoboro, was issued a summons by Smith for an inspection violation.

    Michael Callahan, 20, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by Smith for an insurance violation.

    Timothy Walton, 37, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Smith for an inspection violation.

    Taylor Ankers, 18, was issued a summons by Smith for a seatbelt violation.
