Rockport Police beat: Juveniles charged with burglary, assault, terrorizing

    ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity Nov. 17-20. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

    Nov. 17

    Juvenile, 16, of Rockport, was charged by Officer Dana Smith with burglary, reckless conduct.

    Jacqueline J. Campbell, 46, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Smith for hindering apprehension.

    Nov. 18

    Juvenile, 14, of Appleton, was charged by Officer Jim Moore for assault and terrorizing.

    Nov. 19

    Daquan Dowell, 25, of Bangor, was arrested by Smith for violating conditions of release, operating after suspension.

    Nov. 20

    Victoria Hack, 34, of Washington, was issued a summons by Officer Chris Taylor for insurance violation, inspection violation.

    Asa Knauff-Thompson, 31, of Thomaston, was issued a summons by Taylor for inspection violation, insurance violation.
