Ethan Damuck, 19, of East Haddam, Conn., speeding 55 mph in a 45 mph zone.

Thomas Moore, 29, of Rockport, operating after suspension.

Kim Slawson, 37, of Rockport, inspection violation; failure to register motor vehicle within 30-150 days after expiration.
