Rockport Police beat: Domestic violence assault, failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle

    ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity Nov. 26-Dec. 11. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

    Nov. 16 (late entry)

    Melody Waldron, 54, of Union, was charged by Officer Tony Del Vecchio with operator possessing open alcohol container.

    Nov. 26

    Nathan Wyman, 27, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Del Vecchio with operating vehicle with expired temporary plate.

    Dec. 1

    Margaret MacLeod, 52, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Sgt. Jim Moore for failure to register motor vehicle 30-150 days.

    Collin Marshell, 21, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Moore for inspection and failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle.

    Dec. 2

    Jamie Wood, 32, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Moore with failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle.

    Dec. 7

    Kasandra Mank, 20, of Waldoboro, was issued a summons by Moore for failure to maintain control of motor vehicle and failure to register motor vehicle.

    Dec. 9

    Robin R. Tribou, 38, of Old Town, was charged by Officer Chris Hansen with domestic violence assault.

    Dec. 10

    Miranda Marsh, Juvenile, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Officer Travis Ford for carrying a passenger beyond interim license.

    Dec. 11

    Delia Nichols, 19, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by Ford for insurance violation.
