ROCKLAND – Rockland Police reported the following activity Aug. 5-19. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. 

Aug. 5 

Jared Larsen, 23, of Rockport, was arrested by Officer Scott Solorzano for a probation violation. 

Mark Gagne, 32, of Friendship, was charged by Officer Jacob Shirey with criminal trespass, theft possession of a firearm by a felon.        

Amy Ashley, 36, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Alex Gaylor for a probation violation. 

Aug. 6 

Joshua Steeves, 30, of Rockland, was cited by Sgt. Kenneth Smith for raising the front wheel of a motor cycle off the public way, failing to produce evidence of insurance and failing to display a certificate of inspection. 

Kevin Park, 21, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Scott Redmun for aggravated criminal mischief, operating under the influence, criminal mischief, unauthorized use of property, refusing to submit to arrest and charged with operating after suspension. 

Aug. 7 

Ryan Newbert, 18, of South Thomaston, was charged by Officer Alex Gaylor with possession of alcohol by a minor. 

Female, 14, of Rockland, was arrested by Sgt. Don Finnegan on a probation violation and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Marsha Turner, 47, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor on a warrant for failing to report for sentence. 

Aug. 8 

Heather DeRivera, 30, of Boston, Mass., was arrested by Redmun for operating under the influence. 

Jesse Grant, 21, of Cushing, was arrested by Gaylor for operating under the influence. 

Aug. 10 

Sunday Sabien, 47, of Washington, was arrested by Officer John Bagley for theft and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs. 

Aug. 11 

Eric Moody, 39, of Cushing, was charged by Bagley with operating after suspension and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. 

Aug. 14 

Kerri Crossett, 42, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor on a warrant for failing to appear. 

Mark Harding, 41, of Rockland, was cited by Gaylor for speeding. 

Aug. 15 

Clayton Witham, 53, of Owls Head, was arrested by Gaylor for operating under the influence. 

Florence Hayward, 68, of Bellmore, N.Y., was arrested by Officer Michael Freyer for operating under the influence and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Hayward’s vehicle crashed into the United Home Furniture building on Main Street and continued northbound, where officers stopped her. 

Aug. 16 

Christina Rackliff, 33, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Andrew Redden for disorderly conduct. 

Amy Ashley, 36, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor for a probation violation and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.                      

Hillary Long, 30, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor for operating under the influence and violating conditions. 

Aug. 19

Robert James, 45, of Rockland, was arrested by Redden for criminal threatening, domestic violence criminal threatening and criminal mischief.
