Rockland Police beat: Probation violations, OUI, violating conditions of release

    ROCKLAND — Rockland police reported the following activity Jan. 3-16. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. 

    Jan. 4 

    Kenneth Corlis, 49, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Jacob Labo for violating a protection order. 

    Jan. 5     

    Kathleen Zable, 26, of Rockland, was arrested by Labo for probation violation.            

    Jennifer Fetteroli, 40, of Rockland, was arrested by Labo for probation violation.                 

    Devin Walker, 20, of Vinalhaven, was arrested by Officer Addison Cox for violating condition of release. 

    Jan. 6

    Mitchell Sawyer, 34, of Thomaston, was cited by Officer Alex Gaylor for speeding.                

    Florence Hoover-Johnson, 60, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Aaron Schmitz for operating under the influence.                 

    Caleb Collins, 19, of South Thomaston, was charged by Cox with operating after suspension, cited for expired registration 

    Jan. 7     

    Dylan McClure, 18, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor for operating without a license, charged with possession of marijuana. 

    Carrie Lawrence, 24, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor on a warrant, charged with violating conditions of release. 

    Jan. 8     

    Ben Murdock, 33, of Monhegan, was charged by Gaylor with violating conditions of release.   

    Jan. 9       

    Thomas Gilliland, 54, of Owls Head, was arrested by Schmitz for operating under the influence, operating after suspension and violating conditions of release. 

    Jan. 11         

    Corey Rogers, 52, of Warren, was arrested by Labo for violating conditions of release.                  

    Alyssa Carey, 25, of Warren, was charged by Gaylor with operating after suspension.  

    Jan. 12    

    Daniel Breen, 35, of Warren, was arrested by Officer Scott Solorzano for probation violation 

    Jan. 13    

    Madelyn Rockwell, 57, of St George, was charged by Cox with operating with a suspended registration. 

    Jan. 14                 

    Christopher King, 29, of Swanville, was arrested by Gaylor for operating under the influence and on a warrant.

    Jan. 15     

    Samantha Nash, 25, of Rockport, was arrested by Gaylor for operating under the influence.
