ROCKLAND — Rockland police reported the following activity Dec. 27-Jan. 2. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. 

Dec. 27        

Ly Ha, 44, of Frankfort, was cited by Officer Aaron Schmitz for operating after suspension.

Dec. 28

Charles Gayle, 54, of Rockland, was charged by Officer Alex Gaylor with operating after suspension.

Jan. 1             

Nickole Gamage, 34, of Owls Head, was arrested by Gaylor for operating under the influence.

Jan. 2             

Nathan Ankers, 19, of Washington, was cited by Sgt. Kenneth Smith for failing to display a current, valid certificate of inspection.
