Rockland Police beat: OUI, arrest warrants

ROCKLAND — Rockland police reported the following activity Sept. 11-18. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. 

Sept. 11

Darren Webb, 48, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Officer Aaron Schmitz for operating after suspension. 

Sept. 13 

David Fish, 23, of Union, was issued a summons by Officer John Bagley for operating after revocation. 

Sept. 14 

Keith Viator, 29, of Fla. (no town or city listed), was issued a summons by Officer William Smith for operating without a license. 

Joshua Preston, 36, Mass. (no town or city listed), was arrested by Officer Addison Cox for operating under the influence. 

Dana Cunningham, 70, of Rockland, was arrested by Cox for operating under the influence, refusing to submit to arrest and failing to report an accident by quickest means. 

Ashley Hobbs, 25, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Officer Scott Redmun for furnishing liquor to a minor. 

Jeremiah Parker, 20, no state, town or city listed, was issued a summons by Redmun for Illegal possession of liquor by a minor. 

Michael Sawyer, 37, of Rockland, was arrested by Redmun for violation of conditions of release and violation of probation. 

Sept. 15 

Jennifer Porter, 40, of Warren, was issued summonses by Sgt. Matt Lindahl for violation of conditions of release and operating after suspension.  

Tina Williams, 52, of Fla. (no town of city listed), was arrested by Lindahl for operating under the influence. 

Anthony Bates, 53, of Rockland, was arrested by Schmitz on an outstanding arrest warrant. 

Jeff Drechsler, 54, of Rockland, was arrested by Redmun for operating under the influence. 

Sept. 16 

Travis Robbins, 28, of Rockland, was arrested by Schmitz on an arrest warrant and charged with possession of schedule drugs.
