ROCKLAND — Rockland police reported the following activity Jan. 13-Feb. 3. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

Jan. 15 

Zachary Hare, 28, of Rockland, was arrested by Sgt. Matthew Lindahl for violating conditions of release.  

Jason Scully, 34, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Michael Freyer for disorderly conduct. 

Jan. 16 

Kevin Small, 32, of Vinalhaven, was arrested by Lindhal for failing to appear. 

Jan. 17 

Richard Perreault, 35, of Rockland, was arrested by Lindahl on warrants. 

Sean Boyd, 50, of Wiscasset, was charged by Gaylor with operating after suspension. 

Jan. 20 

Schuyler Mann, 26, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor on a warrant. 

Jan. 21 

Kara Salo, 30, transient, was arrested by Officer Scott Solorzano for criminal trespass and violating conditions of release. 

Jan. 22 

Dustin Chase, 31, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor on a warrant. 

Bruce Sidelinger, 41, of Rockland, was arrested by Solorzano on a probation violation. 

Robert Graham, 25, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer William Smith for violating conditions of release.  

Traci Cultrera, 49, of Hope, was arrested by Solorzano for theft and violating conditions of release. 

Preston Bignell, 20, of Rockland, was charged by Gaylor with operating with a suspended permit and operating with a suspended registration. 

Jan. 23                      

Priscilla Robinson, 26, of Warren, was arrested by Gaylor for violating conditions of release. 

Jan. 27 

Linda Rackliff, 32, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer John Bagley on a warrant and charged with operating after suspension. 

Chad Young, 36, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor for a probation violation. 

Jan. 28     

Karen Shaw, 33, of Rockland, was arrested by Solorzano on a warrant. 

Jan. 29 

Dustin Brooks, 29, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Smith on a warrant.  

Feb. 1 

Robert Rankin, 25, of Lincolnville, was charged by Gaylor with operating without a license and attaching false plates. 

Feb. 2 

Ryan Glidden, 27, of Jefferson, was charged by Bagley with theft. 

Nathan Dodd, 30, of Rockland, was charged by Lindahl with attaching false plates. 

Tammy Boyington, 45, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Officer Jacob Shirey on a warrant and for violating conditions of release, possession of scheduled drugs and probation violation.             

Feb. 3 

Nicholas Gray, 21, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Andrew Redden on a warrant.
