Rockland Police beat: Marijuana possession by a minor, terrorizing, telephone harassment

    ROCKLAND – Rockland Police reported the following activity Feb.18-24. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. 

    Feb. 18 

    Annette Burns, 47, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Andrew Redden for violating conditions of release. 

    Feb. 19 

    Officer Scott Redmun charged Robert Kelley, 49, of Rockland, with assault. 

    Glenn Johnson, 35, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Scott Redmun for terrorizing, harassment by telephone and violating conditions of release. 

    Bethany Hayward, 45, of Rockland, was charged by Sergeant Lindahl with allowing a dog to roam at large. 

    Feb. 20

    Officer Alex Gaylor charged Brandon Sykes, 20, of Waldoboro, with possession of alcohol by a minor. 

    Feb. 21 

    Sergeant Matthew Lindahl arrested Joshua Ross, 27, of Thomaston, for violating conditions of release. 

    Officer Jacob Shirey arrested Shawn Sprague, 21, of Cushing, for operating under the influence. 

    Feb. 24 

    Officer Alex Gaylor charged a 17-year-old male with unlawful possession of marijuana and tobacco products.
