Rockland Police beat: Heroin possession, criminal trespass, OUI

    ROCKLAND – Rockland Police reported the following activity March 17-24. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. 

    March 17 

    Steven Judge, 18, of Cushing, was cited by Sgt. Ken Smith for speeding. 

    Zachary Carleton, 26, of Rockport, was arrested by Officer Andrew Redden for operating under the influence. 

    March 18 

    Phillipe Sanze, 44, of Rockland, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Alex Gaylor for failing to appear on a criminal mischief charge. 

    March 19 

    Michael Nelson, 29, of Rockland, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Scott Redmun for unpaid fines. 

    March 20 

    Cole Libby, 20, of Liberty, was arrested by Officer Alex Gaylor for criminal speeding. 

    Justin Luszczki, 31, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer William Smith for possession of heroin. 

    Briannah Parlin, 23, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Officer Michael Frewer for violating conditions of release.  

    March 21 

    Hannah Berta, 23, of Rockport, was arrested by Sergeant Matthew Lindahl for possession of a scheduled drug and violating conditions of release.  

    Stephanie Gaffney, 41, of Hermitage, Tenn., was arrested by Officer William Smith for disorderly conduct, criminal trespass and refusing to submit to arrest.  

    March 22

    Natasha Beckett, 25, of Knox, was arrested by Officer Jacob Shirey for operating under the influence.
