Rockland Police beat: Drug possession, OUI, unpaid fines

    ROCKLAND — Rockland police reported the following activity Aug. 7-13. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. 

    Aug. 7 

    Jeremy Allen, 46, of South Thomaston, was issued a summons by Officer Aaron Schmitz for failing to stop at a stop sign. 

    Aug. 9 

    Daniel Spear, 22, of Warren, was arrested by Sgt. Andrew Redden for violation of probation.

    Charles Holdstien, 63, no town or state listed, was arrested by Officer Addison Cox on an arrest warrant for unpaid fines.

    Aug. 11

    Sherlando Dario, 31, of Bloomingburg N.Y., was issued a summons by Cox for operating without a license.

    Bradford Hall, 25, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Redden for imprudent speed.

    Dustin Hughes, 26, of Rockland, was arrested by Schmitz for operating after suspension.

    Aug. 12

    Sarah Boland, 26, of Rockland, was arrested by Cox on an arrest warrant for failure to appear in court and unlawful possession of schedule W drugs.

    Megan Boyington, 21, of Rockland, was arrested by Schmitz for operating under the influence.

    Shawn Jones, 30, of Warren, was arrested by Schmitz for violation of probation.

    James Myrick, 42, of Owls Head, was arrested by Schmitz for operating under the influence.

    Aug. 13

    Ralph Dean Jr., 52, of Thomaston, was arrested by Schmitz for operating under the influence.

    Samuel Meklin, 22, of Rockland, was arrested by Schmitz for operating under the influence.

    Jason Randall, 36, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer William Smith for operating after suspension.
