ROCKLAND — Rockland police reported the following activity Feb. 3-March 1. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. 

Feb. 4 

Robert Lacombe, 55, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Officer Alex Gaylor for operating under the influence, violating conditions of release and operating without a license.  

Christopher Knight, 24, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor for violating conditions of release. 

Feb. 5                      

Martin Link, 43, of Cushing, was arrested by Officer Andrew Redden for operating under the influence and operating after suspension. 

Feb. 6 

Tiffany Ellis, 35, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor for operating under the influence.                      

Nathanael Atwell, 35, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Michael Freyer for operating under the influence and violating probation.                      

Korissa Dumond, 22, of Rockland, was arrested by Sgt. Matthew Lindahl for operating without a license. 

Feb. 7         

Kelly Nichols, 50, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Officer Scott Solorzano for operating under the influence. 

Feb. 8 

Joshua VanDine, 35, of Rockland, was charged by Gaylor with attaching false plates and failing to obtain Maine driver’s license (over 90 days.)  

Feb. 11                      

Marjorie Feldpausch, 58, of Owls Head, was charged by Officer John Bagley with failing to notify owner of unattended vehicle of collision. 

Feb. 12 

Farrah Barnes, 30, of Camden, was charged by Solorzano with operating after suspension.                      

Cynthia Haskell, 40, of Rockland, was charged by Gaylor with violating conditions of release. 

Feb. 13 

Christopher Knight, 24, of Rockland, was arrested by Sgt. Kenneth Smith on a warrant. 

Feb. 14 

Leroy Lotmore, 37, of Lewiston, was arrested by Officer William Smith on a warrant. 

Tracy Simpson, 43, of Rockland, was charged by W. Smith with theft. 

Feb. 20                      

Kristina Winchenbach, 37, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor for violating probation. 

Feb. 21 

Maximilian Holm, 26, of Lincolnville, was arrested by Officer Jacob Shirey arrested for criminal trespass. 

Feb. 23                      

Jason Simpson, 48, of Rockland, was arrested by K. Smith for violating probation.                      

Destiny Barrett, 23, of Rockland, was arrested by Bagley for violating probation.                      

Brandon Knight, 23, of Cushing, was arrested by Shirey for operating under the influence. 

Feb. 25      

Kris Kaler, 37, of Warren, was cited by Gaylor for speeding. 

Feb. 26

Kyle MacDougall, 37, of Rockland, was charged by Shirey with operating after suspension.                      

Vance Rice, 21, of Rockland, was charged by Gaylor with violating conditions of release. 

Lacey Bickford, 31, of Rockland, was cited by Gaylor for expired vehicle registration.                      

Kiana Hamilton, 23, of Newport, was cited by Gaylor for expired vehicle inspection. 

Feb. 27 

James Flaherty, 24, of Warren, was arrested by Redden for operating under the influence and carrying a concealed weapon.                      

Linda Elliot, 59, of Thomaston, was arrested by Gaylor for operating under the influence.                      

Melinda Howe, 37, of Rockport, was cited by Gaylor for expired vehicle registration. 

Feb. 28                      

Isaac Timberlake, 20, of Rockland, was cited by Gaylor for speeding.                     

Michael Paulson, 39, of Spruce Head, was cited by K. Smith for speeding.

Mark Fitzgerald, 40, of Rockland, was arrested by W. Smith for disorderly conduct and terrorizing. 

Feb. 29 

Nicole Caven-Gardner, 30, of Rockland, was charged by W. Smith with theft.  

Ryan Newbert, 19, of Rockland, was charged by Sgt. Anthony Camporiale with possession of alcohol by a minor.
