Rockland Police beat: Assaulting an officer, arrest warrants, theft

    ROCKLAND — Rockland police reported the following activity Feb. 1-14. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. 

    Feb. 2      

    Gary White, 53, of Camden, was cited by Sgt. Matt Lindahl for failing to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk. 

    Robert Lacombe, 57, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Jacob Labo on a warrant. 

    Shayne Elwell, 29, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Alex Gaylor on a warrant. 

    Feb. 3                 

    Bruce Labombarde, 25, of Lincolnville, was cited by Gaylor for speeding. 

    Gwendolynn Achorn, 29, of Camden, was arrested by Officer Scott Solorzano on a warrant. 

    Amy Rackliff, 37, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor on a warrant. 

    Morgan Robinson, 32, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor on a warrant. 

    Feb. 5      

    Hillary Fales-Haynes, 24, of Warren, was arrested by Officer Andrew Redden for operating under the influence and violating probation.                 

    Eric Benner, 35, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor for violating conditions of release. 

    Rene Caguana, 24, of Waldoboro, arrested by Redden for operating under the influence.                  

    Sierra McDonald, 23, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer William Smith for assault on an officer, disorderly conduct, refusing to submit to arrest. 

    Shawn Gamage, 28, of Rockland, was arrested by Sgt. Kenneth Smith for assault, obstructing government administration and disorderly conduct. 

    Erin Stratton, 18, of Rockland, was charged by Sgt. Anthony Camporiale with theft. 

    Christopher Riling, 19, of Rockland, was charged by Camporiale with theft. 

    Feb. 6  

    A 14-year-old male was charged by Solorzano with possession of tobacco by a minor and unlawful possession of marijuana. 

    Feb. 9      

    Quadir Long, 37, of Portland, was arrested by Detective Joel Neal for violating probation.  

    Feb. 10     

    Michael Willis, 33, of South Thomaston, was arrested by Solorzano for violating conditions of release and violating probation.                 

    Catherine Cooper, 54, of Rockland, was charged by Lindahl with operating after suspension 

    Feb. 11    

    Jacob Morse, 26, of Thomaston, was charged by Redden with operating after suspension. 

    Feb. 12    

    Christy Neumann, 42, of Belfast, was arrested by Gaylor for operating under the influence and violating conditions of release.
