ROCKLAND — Rockland police reported the following activity Feb. 15-March 8. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

Feb. 17

Melony Beal, 45, of Rockland, was cited by Officer Alex Gaylor for speeding and operating after suspension.

Nathan Poland, 35, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Scott Solorzano for a probation violation.

Alec Binder, 26, of Rockland, was cited by Officer Andrew Redden for failing to produce evidence of insurance.

Feb. 18

Angela Taylor, 21, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Gaylor for operating under the influence.

Otto Proctor, 46, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor for operating under the influence and operating after suspension.

Feb. 20

Parker Lash, 18, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Officer Jacob Labo for operating under the influence, operating without a license and charged with possession of alcohol by a minor.

Leighton Beal, 19, of Friendship, was charged by Labo with possession of alcohol by a minor.

Feb. 21

Daniel Hart, 51, of Thomaston, was arrested by Officer John Bagley for violating conditions of release.

Scott Elwell, 53, of Spruce Head, was arrested by Bagley for violating conditions of release.

Derrick McDuffy, 26, of Rockland, was arrested by Bagley for a probation violation.

Elizabeth Gould, 33, of Rockland, was arrested by Labo arrested on a warrant.

Feb. 22

Clair Mitchell, 40, of Appleton, was arrested by Solorzano for a probation violation.

 Feb. 23

Chassedy Foster, 35, of Friendship, was arrested by Solorzano on two warrants.

Clyde Humiston, 35, of Rockland, was arrested by Detective Joel Neal on warrants.

Feb. 24

Craig Reimer, 38, of Rockland, was arrested by Solorzano for a probation violation.

Kevin Stichel, 27, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer William Smith for a probation violation.

Derrick McDuffy, 26, of Rockland, was arrested by Solorzano on a probation violation.

Shane Sturgeon, 29, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor on warrants.

Feb. 25

Tyler Fogg, 21, of Rockport, was arrested by Gaylor for operating under the influence.

Feb. 26

Kimberly Smith, 39, of St. George, was arrested by Labo for operating under the influence.

Shawn Brewer, 33, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Gaylor for operating under the influence, operating after suspension, violating conditions of release, attempted criminal mischief, refusing to submit to arrest and terrorizing.

March 1

Dylan McClure, 18, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor on a warrant.

March 2

Kristen Walker, 29, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor for operating under the influence.

Juvenile, 17, was charged by Redden with leaving the scene of a motor vehicle crash and failing to report the crash.

Everett Draper, 28, of South Thomaston, was cited by Gaylor for expired registration.

March 3

Kenneth Stecher, 30, of Rockland, was arrested by Redden on warrants.

Delma Doucette, 37, of Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada, was arrested by Sgt. Matthew Lindahl for criminal trespass.

Destiny Bailey, 19, of Lincolnville, was arrested by Solorzano for violating conditions of release and on a warrant.

Carrie Groth, 36, of St. George, was cited by Gaylor for operating after suspension.

 March 4

Malcolm Bedell, 38, of Cushing, was arrested by Gaylor for operating under the influence.

March 5

Karl Orwig, 29, of Rockport, was arrested by Labo for operating under the influence.

March 6

Christopher Raye, 46, of Rockland, was cited by Gaylor for expired inspection.

March 7

Karl Crute, 43, of Cushing, was arrested by Sgt. Kenneth Smith for violating conditions of release.
