Robin A. (Chadbourne) Emery, 48, passed away surrounded by her family on June 28, 2017 at her home in Prospect, Maine. She was born on October 2, 1968 in Lynn, Massachusetts, the daughter of James and Maureen (Marcella) Chadbourne, Sr. 

Robin attended Wahconah Regional High School in Dalton, Massachusetts, Class of 1986.  She achieved her associate’s degree in applied telecommunications from EMCC in 2008.  Robin worked for many years in the telecommunication industry beginning her career with NYNEX and more recently at Fairpoint where she retired in 2016.  She also worked as a prison guard at the Maine State Prison in Thomaston.  Robin enjoyed kayaking, hanging out at the lake, fishing, as well as sewing and crocheting.  Her greatest love was her family and spending time with them as well as being a very proud grandmother.  

She is predeceased by her mother.  Robin is survived by her husband of almost 20 years, Clayton Emery, of Prospect; her father James Chadbourne Sr., of  Dalton, Massachusetts; brother James Chadbourne, Jr., of Bucksport; her daughter, Jessica Davis, and husband Kevin, of  Bucksport; her nephew, Joshua MacConnach, and wife Brandi, of Florida; stepdaughter Kaysi Emery, of Lincoln; grandchildren Asher James and Alexis; special friends Lysa Ranti and Catherine Johnson; nephews Alexander Chadbourne and Joseph Fernandez, niece Abigail Chadbourne; great-nephew Carter James Chadbourne; many cherished aunts, uncles and cousins.  

Visiting hours will be held from 10-11 a.m. on Thursday, July 6, with funeral service to begin at 11 a.m. at Riposta Funeral Home, 182 Waldo Avenue, Belfast.  Those who wish may make memorial contributions in her memory to www.stellaswish.org.
