CAMDEN — Robert Joseph "Robby" Beerman, 34, of Camden, died Sept. 16, 2014. He was born Nov. 8, 1979, in Rockport.

Robby had a sense of humor like no other. He had the ability to make you laugh and quick wit to go with it. He loved his family very much, as well as fishing at Rockport Harbor, swimming and barbecues at Megunticook Lake, and a wide variety of music and video games. He suffered a long battle with mental health issues that he succumbed to. He will be dearly missed.

He is survived by his parents, Frederick and Lori Beerman of Camden; his sisters, Samantha Abbott and her husband, Heath, Abbott of Waldoboro, and Amanda Beerman and her fiancé, Edward Medicke, of Belfast; his brother, Brian Hill and his wife, Jennifer Hill, of Florida; his nephew, Logan Abbott; and his niece, Kayla Abbott, both of Waldoboro; his Uncle Clifford Pendleton and Aunt Angela Pendleton of Lincolnville; and many other aunts, uncles, cousins, loving friends and his family in Minnesota and South Dakota.

He is predeceased by his paternal grandparents, George Beerman and Phyllis Bean; and his maternal grandparents, Joseph and Judith Booth.

A celebration of life will be held Friday, Sept. 26, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the American Legion Hall on Pearl Street in Camden.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the family will be accepted to help offset expenses.
