SEARSMONT — Regina M. (Cross) Trull, 89, of Searsmont, passed away on Aug. 24, 2016, at Waldo County General Hospital in Belfast. She was born Jan. 16, 1927, in Belfast, the daughter of Chester and Geneva (Tower) Cross.

Regina attended Crosby High School in Belfast and married the love of her life, Richard H. Trull Sr., on June 30, 1944. Together they started their lives farming in Morrill and then in Searsmont, while raising their four children.

Regina loved music and dancing.

She was predeceased by her parents; her spouse; a son, Richard Jr.; her sisters, Kathleen Bachelder and Linda Brier; as well as her son-in-law, Kevin Trundy.

Regina is survived by her loving children, Dawn Trundy of Belfast, Pam Mehuren and her husband, Darrell, of Searsmont, and Katherine Martin and her husband, Norman, of Augusta; her sisters, Maxine Cross of Belfast and Marilyn Keene of Belfast; her grandchildren, Daren, Amy, Aaron, Anna, Regina and Ashley; her great-grandchildren, Hayden, Kaden, Kasidee, Katie, Dylan, Riley, Anna, Mackenzie, Kenadie and Reid; her great-great-grandchildren, Hunter and Rilyne; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; and her long-time friend, Nancy Kragh.

A graveside service will be held at Grove Cemetery and announced at a later date.
