SPRUCE HEAD – Peter E. Thompson, 74, husband of Karen Waldron Thompson, died unexpectedly Saturday, October 21, 2017, at Pen Bay Medical Center in Rockport. Visiting hours will be held from 5:00pm to 7:00pm, Friday, November 3, 2017 at Burpee, Carpenter & Hutchins Funeral Home, 110 Limerock Street, Rockland, where a funeral service will be held at 11:00am, Saturday, November 4th. Interment will follow in Ocean View Cemetery, South Thomaston.
