ROCKPORT — With a storm hovering nearby, the Rockport Select Board agreed Monday to reschedule its Feb. 8 meeting to Tuesday, Feb. 9. The board will consider appoint Ben Blackmon as permanent library director, respond to ad hoc Library Planning Committee questions, and tend to a list of municipal business items.
