ROCKPORT — Pen Bay Healthcare has announced the addition of Ryan Payne, DPM to the Pen Bay Podiatry department. Payne joins H. Coleman Scheuller, DPM at Pen Bay Podiatry. 

Payne completed his residency at Yale and is a graduate of Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery; most recently he was a member of the Arizona Institute of Footcare Physicians.
