ROCKLAND — Coming up on WRFR, PenBayPilot.com and Chris Wolf host a variety of guests Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 7 a.m. Catch The Chris Wolf Show as well on Maine Coast TV’s Channel 7. Hear the news from PenBayPilot.com and stories I’ve gathered from around the web, the weather and some songs to help get your day started.

On Friday, Jan. 30, we will talk with with Karen Brace of the Penobscot Bay Regional Chamber of Commerce. Camden’s Winterfest kicks off Saturday, Jan. 31 and culminates Sunday, Feb. 8, with the finish of the U .S, Toboggan Nationals. Karen will have all the details.

Monday, Feb. 2, we host Devon Gordon, Aidian Gordon and Taylor Benner, who hiked the Appalachian Trail.

Wednesday, Feb. 4, we host not one, but all three Knox County Commissioners — Roger Moody, Carol Maines and Rick Parent Jr.  We’ll talk all things county and host them in their first ever TV appearance together.

Friday, Feb. 6, we have a conversation with Kathleen Meil of Evergreen Home Performance. We’ll talk about ways you can insulate your home and save heating costs.

Monday, Feb. 9, is Tori Manzi of the SAD 28 School Board. Tori has been on the school board since the construction of the new high school and is in a great position to talk about build versus renovate for the Camden-Rockport Middle School.

Join us for a week of local community talks that entertain, inform and highlight life on the Midcoast. Chris Wolf, PenBayPilot.com, WRFR and channel 7 are bringing your community to you.
