A favorite on the show, Miners Creek ensures an hour of lively talk and great music. Miners Creek combines folk; Latin, classic rock, Appalachian and old timey tunes, and classical music to create a new, distinctive take on their original bluegrass music.

The rocky coast of Maine and bluegrass music aren't frequently found in the same sentence, but that's exactly where you'll find Miners Creek Bluegrass Band. Located in Rockport, Miners Creek is at its core a family band, consisting of song writing, mother/daughter duo Resa and Emily Randolph and husband/dad/banjo player Whitney Randolph.

The show will be broadcast live at 8 a.m. on WRFR Community Radio at 93.3 FM, Maine Coast TV at Channel 7 on Time Warner, BCTV channel 2, in Belfast and also on the web at www.MaineCoast.TV/streaming.
