MORRILL — On Nov. 7, 2014, another angel was received in Heaven. Melody W. Pease, 6-1/2-week-old daughter of Amy-Sue Pease and Jared Nickerson, lost her fight to be with us all.

In her short time with us, Melody deeply touched all who came to know her, from family and friends to the staff at Waldo County General Hospital in Belfast and at Maine Medical Center in Portland.

She is survived by her parents; her maternal grandparents, Diana and Jethro Pease of Morrill; her paternal grandparents, Meg and Mike Nickerson of Belfast; her biological grandmother, Lori Hubbard of Belfast; great-grandparents, Sally and Albert Hubbard of Freedom; great-grandmother, Maxine Nickerson of Belfast; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Private interment and services will be held at the convenience of the family. The family asks all to take the time to reflect on your blessings, and hug and hold those near and dear.
