WARREN — Lori Jo Meservey, 50 , a resident of Warren, passed away April 10, 2015, at The Sussman House in Rockport, after a long illness. Lori was born July 12, 1964, in Rockland, to parents Ronald Teele and Gladys Wentworth Teele.

Lori attended Rockland schools and graduated in the Class of 1984 at Rockland District High School.

After high school, Lori worked successively at North Lubec Canning Co., Port Clyde Canning and National Sea Products until they closed. She then worked for Mail Services-Target Marketing and retired in 2006 due to her illness. She was definitely a workaholic.

Lori so enjoyed animals, "with a fondness" toward cats and dogs. Her favorite pastimes were watching the New England Patriots and NASCAR. During her illness she enjoyed her daily soap operas.

Lori was predeceased by her mother, Gladys; and her sister, April. Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Raymond "Skip" Jr. of Warren; a son, Jacob Phillips; her father, Ronald Teele and her stepmother, Sherry, of Rockland; her father–in-law and mother-in-law Raymond Sr. and Glenna Meservey of Cushing; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Ralph and Loretta Dean of Thomaston; her brother, Ronald Jr. and Kristin of Harwick, Mass.; her brother-in-law, Jason Meservey of Warren; along with her sister-in-law, Debbie Joslyn of Thomaston.

Lori's family wishes to extend their heartfelt thank yous to all of the Home Care workers who cared for Lori during her illness. Your time and attention gave the family and Lori great comfort.

A graveside service will be held in the spring; date and time to be announced.
