Lincoln County Grand Jury Indictments: Dangerous weapons, burglary, perjury, witness tampering, more

    The Lincoln County Grand Jury has indicted the following individuals:

    Matthew Smith, 23, of Wiscasset was indicted for one Class C count of operation after revocation from a Nov. 16, 2014 arrest in Newcastle.

    Jeffrey King, 50, of Jefferson was indicted with one count of Class C possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and one count of Class D hindering apprehension from a Jan. 13 incident in Jefferson.

    Kysten Wallace, 29, of Alna was indicted on one count of Class D assault after a Dec. 5, 2014 arrest in Jefferson.

    Debra Susan Townsend-Sokoll, 62, of Nobleboro was indicted for Class B theft by unauthorized taking stemming from Aug. 1, 2006 to March 12, 2015 in Nobleboro.

    Timothy Dejaynes, 52, of Vinalhaven was indicted on one count each of Class C assault on an officer, Class D assault and Class E failure to sign a uniform summons and complaint on Dec. 26 at Two Bridges Regional Jail in Wiscasset.

    Christopher Deniger, 22, of Southport was indicted on two counts of Class C theft by unauthorized taking, two counts of Class C forgery, and one count of Class E violating the conditions of his release on Nov. 11, 2014.

    Billy Joe Perry, 41, of Augusta was indicted one one count each of Class B escape and Class D refusing to submit to arrest on Dec. 18 in Damariscotta.

    Gary Collamore, 68, of Damariscotta was indicted on one count of Class C criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon on Jan. 10 in Newcastle.

    George Elwell Jr., 46, of Topsham was indicted on one count of Class C violating the conditions of his release on Jan. 2 in Wiscasset.

    Angela St. Pierre, 36, of Mechanic Falls was indicted on one count each of Class C trafficking in prison contraband Class E violating the conditions of her release on October 7, 2014 in Wiscasset.

    John Field, 58, of Waldoboro was indicted on one count of Class B unlawful sexual contact on Jan. 10, 2015 in Waldoboro.

    Michael Burns, 31, of Richmond was indicted on one count of Class B tampering with a victim and Class C violating the conditions of his release on Dec. 19, 2014 in Wiscasset.

    Matthew Grasser, 21, of Edgecomb was indicted on one count of Class B aggravated assault and one count of Class C domestic violence assault against a child under six years of age on Dec. 4, 2014 in Edgecomb.

    Regina Stewart, 28, of Jefferson was indicted on one count of Class C failure to report and Class E failure to report on Dec. 29, 2014 in Wiscasset. Stewart was also indicted on one count each of Class C trafficking in prison contraband and Class E violation of the condition of her release stemming from a Jan. 13 incident in Wiscasset.

    Christopher Chandler, 35, of Thomaston, was indicted on one count of Class C trafficking in prison contraband and Class E violating the conditions of his release on Dec. 1 in Wiscasset. Chandler was also indicted on one count of Class C theft by unauthorized taking on Nov. 13 in Waldoboro.

    Addison Duong, 21, of Waterville was indicted on two counts of violating the conditions of release on Jan. 9 and Jan. 13, 2015 in Wiscasset.

    Alisa Wallace, 48, of Alna was indicted on two counts of Class C trafficking in prison contraband on Jan. 5 in Wiscasset.

    Joseph Marco, 45, of Bath was indicted on four counts of Class C violating the conditions of release stemming from separate alleged incidents in November and December 2014 in Wiscasset.

    Daniel Pattee, 59, of Rumford was indicted on one count of Class C criminal operating under the influence and one count of Class E driving after suspension on Nov. 26, 2014 in Waldoboro.

    Darrell Crosby, 56, of Jefferson was indicted on 18 counts of Class B unlawful sexual contact and two counts of Class C attempted unlawful sexual contact from 2004 to 2012.

    Scott Jordan Jr., 36, of Standish was indicted on four counts of Class B theft by unauthorized taking and one count of Class B theft by misapplication from May to November 2014 in Waldoboro.

    Todd Dodge, 42, of Waldoboro was indicted on one count of Class C threatening with a weapon, Class D criminal mischief, Class E violating the conditions of release and Class E theft by unauthorized taking on Feb. 1, 2015 in Waldoboro.

    Kevin Bissonnette, 24, of Waldoboro was indicted on one count of Class C unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and Class D marijuana cultivation from Oct. 7, 2014 in Waldoboro.

    Jeffrey Moran, 28, of Washington was indicted on one count of Class B aggravated criminal operating under the influence on Nov. 22, 2014 in Waldoboro.

    Wilson Collamore Jr., 38, of Bremen was indicted on one Class C count of theft by unauthorized taking between September and December 2014.

    Maxwell Hodgkins, 22, of Waldoboro was indicted on one count of Class C forgery and one count of Class E failure to obtain title July 23, 2014 in Waldoboro.

    Christopher Perkins, 31, of Wiscasset was indicted on one count of Class C violating the conditions of his release, Class C operating after license revocation, and Class E violation of conditions of release.

    Aaron Ashton, 33, of Wiscasset, was indicted on one count of Class B failure to comply with sex offender registry laws on Dec. 9, 2014 in Wiscasset.

    Glenn Lewis, 59, of Wiscasset was indicted on one count of Class C eluding an officer, Class E criminal speed and Class E improper plates on Dec. 16, 2014 in Wiscasset.

    Edward Marr, 25, of Vassalboro was indicted on one count of Class operation after revocation, Class D leaving the scene of an accident and Class E failure to report an accident Nov. 7, 2014 in Whitefield.

    Michael Witwicki, 20, of Boothbay was indicted on one count of Class C aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs Dec. 31, 2014 in Boothbay Harbor.

    Wayne Manson, 40, of Lewiston was indicted on one count of Class B burglary, Class C stealing drugs and two counts of Class E theft by unauthorized taking on Nov. 10, 2014 in Boothbay Harbor.

    Brant Perkins, 56, of Boothbay Harbor was indicted on one count of Class C tampering with a witness and Class E violation of conditions of release on Dec. 20, 2014 in Wiscasset.

    Kent Little, 19, of Bremen was indicted on one count of Class B burglary, Class E theft by unauthorized taking and Class C stealing drugs on Dec. 16 in Damariscotta.

    Roger Feltis, 22, of Waldoboro was indicted on one count of Class B aggravated assault and one count of Class D domestic violence assault on Jan. 4 in Damariscotta.

    Wayne King Jr., 35, of Waldoboro was indicted on one count of Class C perjury on Oct. 9 in Wiscasset.

    David Morin, 32, of Waldoboro was indicted on one count of Class C assault on Nov. 29, 2014 in Damariscotta.

    Cody Osgood, 19, of Falmouth was indicted on one count of Class B forgery and one count of Class B theft by unauthorized taking from Dec. 5, 2014 to January 2015 in Waldoboro.

    Jeffrey P. Luce, 36, of Richmond was indicted on one count of Class C theft by deception, Class E violating the conditions of his release, Class D refusing to submit to arrest and Class E failure to sign a uniform summons and complaint form on Dec. 24, 2014 in Waldoboro.

    Floyd Amadon, 73, of Gardiner was indicted with one count of Class B unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs, Class C unlawful possession of drugs, Class D unlawful possession of drugs on Dec. 15, 2014 in Wiscasset.

    Allen Cooper, 38, of Pittsfield, Massachusetts was indicted on one count of Class B unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, Class C unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and Class C trafficking in prison contraband Dec. 29, 2014 in Wiscasset.

    Tabitha Brooks, 28, of Rochester, New Hampshire was indicted on one count of Class B unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs, Class C illegal importation of illegal drugs on Sept. 25, 2014 in Wiscasset.

    Chad Hedman, 37, of Augusta was indicted on one count of Class B unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and Class C illegal importation of illegal drugs and Class D unlawful possession of scheduled drugs on September 25, 2014 in Wiscasset.

    Fermin Sawtell, 39, of Bath was indicted on one count of Class A aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, Class C illegal importation of scheduled drugs and Class D misuse of a public benefits instrument on Sept. 25, 2014 in Wiscasset.

    Amy Varney, 20, of Woolwich was indicted on one count of Class B unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, Class D unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and Class D misuse of a public benefits instrument on Sept. 26, 2014 in Wiscasset.

    Leslie Wedel, 44, of Boothbay Harbor was indicted on one count of Class A aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs, Class C unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, and Class C possession of a firearm by a prohibited person on Oct. 30, 2014 in Boothbay Harbor.

    Deborah Winchenbach, 54, of Waldoboro was indicted on one count of Class B unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in October 2014 in Waldoboro.

    Kristina Winchenbach, 36, of Waldoboro was indicted on one count of Class C furnishing scheduled drugs on Oct. 24, 2014 in Waldoboro.

    Class A, B and C crimes are all felonies while Class D and E crimes are misdemeanors. Class A crimes carry a maximum penalty of up to 30 years in prison and up to a $50,000 fine, Class B crimes are punishable by up to 10 years in prison and up to a $20,000 fine, and Class C crimes are punishable by up to a five year term in prison and up to $5,000 in fines.

    Class D crimes are punishable by up to 364 days in jail and up to $2,000 in fines while Class E crimes are punishable by up to six months in jail and up to $1,000 in fines.
