I just want to say thank you to all members of the Rockport Public Work's Department for their outstanding efforts during and after the storm last week. They are still out there today clearing sidewalks and streets of downed limbs and debris; clean-up work will continue for several more days, I am sure.

Thanks are also due to the Rockport Fire and Police departments for their efforts during and after the storm. Thank you to Pen Bay YMCA for opening their doors to folks who needed a place to shower and recharge their phones and electronics; it was very much appreciated. 

A big thank you to the power and tree crews from New Hampshire, Massachusetts, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia who helped get our power back on as quickly as possible.
