PORTLAND – Lelia E. (Marstaller) Taylor, formerly of Rockland, died on July 17, 2017 at Fallbrook Woods Senior Living Center in Portland. A memorial service will be held 2:00pm, Sept. 23, 2017, at Durham Friends Meeting House, Durham.
