BELFAST — The Challenger Learning Center brings the Astronaut Life program to the Belfast Free Library on Friday, July 15 at 3 p.m. Learn how astronauts wash their hair, brush their teeth and eat in space.

Hands-on activities will relate to aspects of an astronaut's training including dexterity and adjusting to a new environment. Plan an astronaut's lunch, test your reflexes, watch astronaut's space life video clips, touch astronaut food samples and feel spacesuit fabric.

The Belfast Free Library will offer free programs for kids and families every Friday at 3 p.m. through Aug. 19 as part of the On Your Mark, Get Set...Read summer reading program. All ages welcome.
