Knox County Superior Court closed cases

    ROCKLAND – The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court in Rockland from Sept. 28-Oct. 2.

    Suzanne Adams, 67, of Bowdoin, trafficking in prison contraband, 30 days in jail.

    Jessica L. Batty, 33, of Spruce Head, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, two years in prison with all 48 hours suspended, probation two years.

    Matthew Donaher, 30, of Camden, burglary, two months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, two months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

    Robert Emery, 32, of Warren, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, three years in jail with all but 60 days suspended, probation two years, $440 restitution.

    Mary Mehuman Johnson, 49, of Portland, theft by deception, two years in prison with all but 90 days suspended, probation one year.

    Andrew C. Parker, 37, of Rockland, criminal trespass, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $500 fine.

    James Prescott, 38, of Union, nine counts of gross sexual assault, dismissed; three counts of gross sexual assault, 25 years in prison with all but 17 years suspended, probation six years; gross sexual assault, 25 years in prison with all but five years suspended, probation six years.

    Jared Stephens, 21, of Portland, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, ten days in jail; assault, $300 fine, ten days in jail.

    Michael Ward, 32, of Rockland, illegal possession of a firearm, dismissed.
