ROCKLAND- The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court from July 13-17.

Shawn M. Ashley, 24, of Topsham, trafficking in prison contraband, eight months in prison.

Daniel C. Breen, 33, of Tenants Harbor, probation violation, original conviction for sexual abuse of a minor, 14 days in jail, probation partially revoked.

Samantha Carter, 26, of Rockland, probation violation, original conviction for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 80 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Erika F. Leigh, 28, of Washington, two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine.

Manesseh Massaline, 45, of Wiscasset, trafficking in prison contraband, nine months in prison; trafficking in prison contraband, dismissed.

Peter W. McLaughlin, 52, of Lincolnville, probation violation, original conviction for operating under the influence, two priors, five months in jail, probation partially revoked.

Louis J. Rubino, 34, of Thomaston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in jail; trafficking in prison contraband, six months in jail.
