ROCKLAND- The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court from June 8-12.

Joseph Everett, 49, of Winthrop, probation violation, original conviction for operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, seven days in jail, probation partially revoked.

Victor Pendleton, 23, of Belfast, probation violation, original conviction for theft by unauthorized use of property, priors, 15 months in jail, probation partially revoked; probation violation, original conviction of illegal possession of a firearm, 15 months in prison, probation partially revoked. 

Robert A. Rein, 56, of Rockland, criminal conspiracy, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, all dismissed. 

Kristina R. Rowe, 43, of South Thomaston, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, disorderly conduct with offensive words and gestures, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, assault, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, all dismissed.
