Knox County Superior Court closed cases

    ROCKLAND- The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court from March 23-27.

    Amy Ashley, 36, of Augusta, two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, 38 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

    Anthony Baker, 24, of Union, domestic violence terrorizing, nine months in jail, probation revoked.

    Zachary Barnes, 23, of Cushing, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, three years in jail with all but 90 days suspended, probation two years, restitution $190.00; aggravated trafficking of schedule W drug, dismissed.

    Joseph Whitman Demmons, 30, of Trenton, burglary, three years in prison, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, three years in prison, $200 restitution.

    Robert Emery III, 31, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, three years in jail with all but 60 days suspended, probation two years, $440 restitution.

    Terri Gilman, 39 of Jefferson, forgery, 30 days in jail, all suspended, one year probation.

    Lisa Glaude, 39, of Rockland, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, $400 fine, 45 days in jail; violating condition of release, 45 days in jail.

    Gerald Hews Jr., 36, of Stockton Springs, aggravated criminal trespass, dismissed; assault, $300 fine, 30 days in jail; criminal trespass, 30 days in jail; two counts of violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.

    Ashley Jewett Hunt, 25, of Rockland, four counts of criminal forfeiture of property, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, four years in jail with all but 30 days suspended, probation two years.

    Sarah Pike, 26, of Washington, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $800 fine.

    Joseph Shaw, 49, of Rockland, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 180 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended, probation one year, $742.27 restitution.
