Knox County Superior Court closed cases

    ROCKLAND- The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court from March 2-13.

    Joseph H. Bates, 48, of Rockland, disorderly conduct, offensive words, offensive gestures, $250 fine.

    Kevin C. Brewer, 59, of Waldoboro, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine.

    Tiffannee Fraughton, 41, of Round Pound, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors; violating conditions of release, 90 days in jail, $11 restitution.

    Theodore Hopkins, 50, of Rockland, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine.

    Troy Landry, 22, of Hope, seven counts of burglary, three years in jail, all but 60 days suspended, probation three years, $1764.69 restitution.

    Christopher A. Robbins, 28, of Warren, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, nine months in jail with all but 21 days suspended, probation one year; burglary of a motor vehicle, 21 days in jail.

    Steven Sanner, 53, of Union, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, 30 days in jail; operating under the influence, no test, fine $600, 60 days in jail, license suspended 150 days; failing to make oral or written accident report, 30 days in jail.

    Richard Sant, 42, of St. Louis, Mo., operating under the influence, dismissed; driving to endanger, $750 fine, license suspended 45 days.

    Darrin G. Upton, 32, of Warren, trafficking in prison contraband, six months in prison; unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, dismissed.
