ROCKLAND —The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court from Jan 12-23.

Jason L. Young, 42, of Swanville, operating under the influence, one prior, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued; aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, $1000 fine, 357 days in prison.

Summer Nadia Ali Ariza, 32, of Bangor, burglary, two counts, 24 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

David A. Carver Jr., 39, of Warren, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, four years in prison.

Vincent Hilt, 20, of Tenants Harbor, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two counts, seven years in the Department of Corrections with all but 12 months suspended, probation for three years, $14,000 restitution; operating under the influence (drugs or combo), $500 fine, license suspended for 150 days, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, two years in prison all suspended, probation for two years, $14,000 restitution; violating conditions of release, seven days in jail.

Douglas Littlefield, 43, of Warren, trafficking in prison contraband, 60 days in prison.

Leroy Howard Parker Jr., 24, of Tenants Harbor, assault, $300 fine, 30 days in prison.

Marsha L. Turner, 46, of Rockland, unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $400 fine, two years in jail with all but 90 day suspended, probation for two years; trafficking in prison contraband, two years in jail with all but 90 days suspended, probation for two years.

Richard Wellington, 61, of Warren, violating conditions of release (two counts), six months in jail; tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, five years in prison with all but six months suspended, probation for three years; unlawful sexual touching (17 counts), six months in jail; unlawful sexual contact (two counts), five years in prison with all but one year suspended, probation for two years.
