Knox County Superior Court closed cases

    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court from Jan 5-9.

    Jean Paul Bolduc, 60, of Marlborough, Conn., operating a motor vehicle under the influence, dismissed; driving to endanger; license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine.

    Joseph Ryan Cox, 29, of Bryant Pond, aggravated forgery, seven months in jail; tampering with public records or information; escape; nine months in jail.

    Gordon Fern, 55, of West Rockport, assault, dismissed.

    Hilary Fales-Haynes, 22, of Owls Head, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, three years in jail with all but four months suspended, probation for two years, $200 restitution; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.

    Ryan Lane, 21, of Bangor, aggravated assault, four years in jail, and $11,426.78 restitution.

    Everett Watson, 42, of Warren, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 34 months in jail with all but six months suspended, probation for three years, restitution $5955; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 34 months in jail with all but six months suspended, probation for two years; burglary, 34 months in jail with all but six months suspended, probation for three years.

    Kevin Nelson, 26, of Rockland, aggravated trafficking of Schedule W drug, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, four years in jail with all but six months suspended, probation for two years, $255 restitution; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, six months in jail, $400 fine.

    Alan Norwood, 45, of St. George, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $250 fine.

    Felicia Timoteo, 22, of New Bedford, Mass., aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, dismissed

    Margaret Robinson, 33, of Rockport, aggravated forgery (two counts), five years in jail with all but 18 months suspended, probation for three years; unsworn falsification (10 counts), one year in jail; theft by deception, six months in jail; theft by deception (two counts), five years in jail with all but 18 months suspended, probation for three years and $65,224.19 restitution for first count and $15,433 restitution for second count.
