    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court Aug. 2-25.

    David G. Ames, 46, of Cushing, operating under the influence in Owls Head Dec. 20, 2013, 60 days in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; aggravated criminal mischief in Owls Head Dec. 20, 2013, three years in jail with all but 60 days suspended and two years of probation; reckless conduct in Owls Head Dec. 20, 2013, three years in jail with all but 60 days suspended and two years of probation; domestic violence assault in Owls Head Dec. 20, 2013, 60 days in jail; domestic violence stalking in Owls Head June 20, 60 days in jail; violating condition of release in Owls Head June 26, three years in jail with all but 60 days suspended, two years of probation and $100 restitution; terrorizing in Owls Head June 26, 60 days in jail; harassment by telephone in Owls Head June 25, 60 days in jail; domestic violence terrorizing in Owls Head June 26, 60 days in jail; violating condition of release in Owls Head June 25, three years in jail with all but 60 days suspended, two years of probation and $100 restitution; violating conditions of release in Owls Head July 27, three years in jail with all but 60 days suspended, two years of probation and $100 restitution; harassment by telephone in Owls Head July 27,60 days in jail.

    Travis Batty, 30, of Owls Head, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Owls Head Nov. 15, 2013, eight years in prison with all but four years suspended, three years of probation and $840.50 restitution.

    Amanda Davis, 31, of Portland, probation violation in Warren April 21, 2013, 42 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

    Erik L. Vultee, 44, of Rockport, unlawful sexual contact in Rockport Aug. 6, 2009, eight years in prison; sexual misconduct with a child under 12 years of age in Rockport June 4, 2009, five years in prison; visual sexual aggression against a child in Rockport Aug. 6, 2009, five years in prison; unlawful sexual contact in Rockport June 4, 2009, 22 years in prison with all but 14 years suspended, 14 years of probation; unlawful sexual contact in Rockport (eight counts, dates of offense: Nov. 3, 2011, Feb. 4, 2010, April 7, 2011, May 5, 2011, Dec. 1, 2011, Oct. 7, 2010, March 4, 2010, Nov. 4, 2010) eight years in prison for each charge; criminal attempt in Rockport June 2, 2011, 10 years in prison; unlawful sexual touching in Rockport June 4, 2009, 364 days in prison.
