    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court July 22 through Aug. 6.

    Summer N. Ali Ariza, 32, of Rockland, probation violation in Rockland July 26, 2011, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Cushing June 4, 90 days in jail and $400 fine.

    Roy A. Allen, 46, of Rockland, probation violation in Rockland March 20, 2012, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

    Philip R. Arsenault, 31, of Thomaston, domestic violence assault in Thomaston May 8, 2013, 21 days in jail; violating conditions of release in Thomaston May 8, 2013, 21 days in jail; domestic violence assault in Thomaston May 7, 2013, dismissed; driving to endanger in Thomaston May 8, 2013, dismissed; domestic violence reckless conduct in Thomaston May 8, 2013, dismissed.

    Justin C. R. Bowen, 33, of Camden, illegal possession of a firearm in Camden Sept. 17, 2013, 90 days in jail; violating conditions of release in Camden July 22, 30 days in jail.

    Desiree Capizzano, 30, of unlawful possession of synthetic hallucinogenics in Rockland Sept. 17, 2012, two years with all suspended and one year of probation; probation violation in Rockland Oct. 1, 2011, no sentence imposed; probation violation in Rockland Oct. 1, 2011, 30 days in jail.

    Brandon L. Carleton, 20, of Rockland, domestic violence terrorizing in Rockland June 14, 364 days in prison with all suspended and two years of probation; domestic violence assault in Rockland June 14, 364 days in prison with all suspended and two years of probation.

    Michael Carver, 35, of Owls Head, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Rockland Jan. 11, 2013, five years in prison with all but one year suspended, two years of probation and $400 fine; aggravated trafficking in drugs in Rockland Jan. 14, 2013, dismissed.

    Christopher Chandler, 34, of Rockland, probation violation in Rockland Nov. 4, 2012, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

    Becky Condon, 24, of Washington, unlawful possession of oxycodone in Thomaston Jan. 31, three years in prison with all but 90 days suspended, two years of probation, $400 fine and $84 restitution.

    Amy Grant, 32, of Owls Head, probation violation in Rockland April 18, 2012, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued; probation violation in Rockport Feb. 13, 2012, three years in jail with all but 90 days suspended and two years of probation; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland March 5, nine months in prison; operating while license suspended or revoked in Rockland March 5, $500 fine; failing to stop, remain, provide information in Rockland March 5, 30 days in jail; violation of conditions of release in Rockland March 5, 30 days in jail; failing to make an oral or written report of an accident in Rockland March 5, 30 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston July 7, eight months in jail; violating conditions of release in Thomaston July 7, 90 days in jail.

    Steven Greenleaf, 49, of Searsport, operating after suspension in Rockport March 8, 2003, 48 hours in jail; operating under the influence in Rockport March 8, 2003, 15 days in jail, license suspended for 18 months, registration suspended and $1,000 fine; refusing to sign a criminal summons in Rockport March 8, 2003, dismissed.

    Gabriel Grover, 22, of Rockland, probation violation in Rockland May 18, 2010, nine months in jail and probation partially revoked.

    Nicholas Guernsey, 19, of Warren, unlawful sexual contact in Union Feb. 2, seven years in jail with all but nine months suspended and 12 years of probation.

    George W. King III, 54, of Union, probation violation in Union Aug. 28, 2011, 350 days in prison and probation revoked; domestic violence assault in Union Aug. 3, 2013, 12 months in prison; violating conditions of release in Union June 6, 18 months in prison; violating a protective order in Union June 6, six months in jail.

    Stephanie Libby, 25, of Rockland, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Rockland Sept. 4, 2013, dismissed.

    Paula A. Lopez, 39, of Washington, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Washington Feb. 8, 364 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended, one year of probation and $400 fine.

    Jacob Mondello, 20, of South Thomaston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Vinalhaven April 11, seven years in jail with all but seven months suspended, three years of probation and $14,000 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Vinalhaven April 11, seven years in jail with all but seven months suspended, three years of probation and $14,000 restitution.

    Caleb D. O'Brien, 23, of Rockland, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Rockland Feb. 28, $500 fine; domestic violence assault in Rockland Feb. 28, dismissed.

    Michael J. O'Hara Jr., 34, of Owls Head, aggravated trafficking of a schedule W drug in Rockland Feb. 23, dismissed.

    Samantha R. Perry, 25, of Owls Head, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Camden Nov.7, 2011, two years in jail with all but 60 days suspended and two years of probation; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland Nov. 26, 2011, two years in prison with all but 60 days suspended and two years of probation.

    Karrie N. Prior, 23, of Friendship, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Washington May 13, 2013, $400 fine.

    Linwood C. Shields, 44, of 44, of Warren, operating after habitual offender revocation in Thomaston Feb. 7, 2013, four months in jail and $1,000 fine.

    Richard S. Simonton, 56, of Washington, unlawful sexual contact in Washington June 15, 2004, three years in jail with all but one year suspended and four years of probation.

    Randall J. Soule, 35, of Cushing, probation violation in Thomaston Aug. 20, 2012, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

    Scott R. Stewart, 38, of Brockton, Mass., probation violation in Rockland Sept. 9, 2010, no sentence imposed.

    Jason L. Strout, 31, of Chelsea, burglary in Washington July 9, 2011, four years in prison with all but one year suspended, two years of probation and $9,000 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Washington July 11, 2011, four years in prison with all but one year suspended, two years of probation and $9,000 restitution.
