Superior Court

Clyde Thompson, 63, of Monroe, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

Rockland District Court

James W. Wilson Jr., 19, of New Market, Md., operating under the influence, $500 fine; license suspended 90 days; operating after suspension, dismissed.
