Knox County Superior Court and Rockland District Court, closed cases

    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court and Rockland District Court from Aug. 8-12.

    Superior Court

    John Paul Cella, 51, of Augusta, burglary, 329 days in in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 329 days in jail; criminal mischief, six months in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, six months in jail; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, dismissed; burglary, six months in prison with all but 309 days suspended, probation three years, restitution $530; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 329 days in prison.

    Bridget Parker, 31, of Tenants Harbor, burglary, 10 years in jail with all but six years suspended, probation three years, restitution $20,000.

    David Reckards, 46, of Cushing, probation violation for original conviction of unlawful trafficking in synthetic hallucinogenic drug, 75 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

    Bronson R. Simmons, 28, of Warren, probation violation for original conviction of burglary, 30 months in prison, probation partially revoked.

    Rockland District Court

    Destiny l. Barrett, 24, of Rockland, endangering the welfare of a child, 83 days in jail, probation partially revoked.

    Patrick K. Maguire, 36, of Lincolnville, operating after registration suspended, fine $150.
