Knox County Superior and District Court closed cases

    ROCKLAND- The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court and Knox County District Court from July 20-24.

    Superior Court

    Amy L. Ashley, 36, of Augusta, probation violation, initial conviction for unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

    David H. Atwood, 46, of Rockland, probation violation, initial conviction for aggravated criminal trespass, 20 days in jail, probation partially revoked.

    Benjamin Benner, 40, of Rockland, probation violation, initial conviction for burglary, probation continued, no sentence imposed.

    Andrew J. Blauvelt, 25, of Washington, probation violation, initial conviction for burglary, six months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

    Jeffrey Callahan, 23, of Rockland, probation violation, initial conviction of domestic violence criminal threatening, eight months and 29 days in jail, probation revoked.

    Jennifer Fetteroli, 39, of Warren, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, probation partially revoked, probation continued, no sentence imposed.

    Eli Kimberling, 33, of Camden, burglary, six years in prison with all but three years suspended, probation three years; unlawful sexual contact, six months in prison; aggravated criminal trespass, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; violating condition of release, six months in jail; assault, fine $300, six months in prison.

    Marcia L. Kenney, 43, of Rockland, probation violation, initial conviction of aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, three days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

    Jamie Luce, 31, probation violation, initial conviction for criminal threatening, 15 months, 12 days in jail, probation revoked.

    Jamie Earl Stratton, 40, of Winthrop, probation violation, initial conviction for unlawful sexual contact, six months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued. 

    District Court

    Andrew Joseph Blauvelt, 25, of Washington, operating under the influence, one prior, $700 fine,14 days in jail, license suspended three years, registration suspended; operating vehicle without a license, conditions and restrictions, dismissed.
