Knox County Sixth District Court closed cases

    ROCKLAND – The following cases were closed in Knox County Sixth District Court from April 20-24.

    Louis Alex, 71, of Augusta, violating protective order, dismissed; violating protective order, 24 hours in jail.

    Jennifer Belcher, 29, of Newburgh, operating while license suspended, prior, dismissed.

    Colleen L. Cronin, 60, of Camden, failing to make written or oral accident report, dismissed; operating under the influence, one prior, $900 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended three years, registration suspended; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, dismissed.

    Jennifer Fetteroli, 38, of Warren, theft, theft by deception, 14 days in jail.

    Crystal Glynn, 28, of Bowdoin, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, dismissed.

    Katina N. Kaler, 36, of Cushing, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 180 days in jail with all but seven days suspended, probation one year; operating under the influence, drugs or combination, dismissed.

    Mackenzie Kelly, 22, of Rockland, operating under the influence, $600 fine, violating condition of release, seven days in jail, license suspended one year and 60 days.

    Kyle MacDougall, 36, of Warren, violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.

    Allen W. Muir, 35, of Waldoboro, violating protective order, $250 fine.

    Briannah Parlin, 23, of Waldoboro, two counts of violating condition of release, 60 days in jail.

    Wilbur E. Roman, 43, of Thomaston, domestic violence stalking, 364 days in jail, all but 30 days suspended, probation one year.

    Alice Waltz, 36, of Waldoboro, operating under the influence, $500 fine, 72 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

    Charles O. Winpenny, 52, of Rockland, violating condition of release, seven days in jail.
