Nathaniel Bernier, 41, of Appleton, attaching false plates, 72 hours in jail; operating under the influence, $500 fine, 72 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days.

Tristan A. Bissett, 18, of Waldoboro, domestic violence assault, 180 days in jail, all suspended, one year probation; obstructing report of crime, dismissed.

Victoria A. Burns, 27, of Searsport, violating condition of release, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, seven days in jail.

Nicholas J. Carpenter, 28, of Thomaston, possession of marijuana, dismissed.

Bethany Carr, 28, of Rockland, operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.

David A. Carver, 39, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts), 30 days in jail, $80 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail, $199.99 restitution.

Randall Clark, 24, of Camden, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine, $10 restitution.

Karen Dyer, 33, of Lincolnville, domestic violence assault, 180 days in jail, all suspended, one year probation.

John M. Fessenden, 22, of Appleton, allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, dismissed; minor possessing liquor, $500 fine.

Ryan J. Haywood, 22, of Rockland, violating conditions of release, criminal mischief, 30 days in jail.

Aaron J. Heald, 26, of Cushing, failure to comply with sex offender registration act, first offense, $500 fine.

Lewis Hickman, 20, of Rockland, minor consuming liquor, $300 fine.

Barbi Gayle Hill, 24, of Bangor, operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

Cody M. Hooper, 22, of St. George, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Christopher H. Hutchinson, 27, of Cushing, violation of lobster crab fishing rule Chapter 25, $250 fine.

Suzette Robinson, 43, of Rockland, operating under the influence, $500 fine, 74 hours in jail, license suspended for 210 days.

Renee Ross, 36, of Waldoboro, operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Nathan Spearin, 30, of Warren, fishing for or taking shellfish from closed area, $300 fine.

Harold R. Tarbox, 24, of Cushing, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 24 hours in jail.

Joseph Thurston, 27, of South Thomaston, operating without license suspended or revoked, one prior, $700 fine, 180 days in jail with all but 10 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended for three years.
