    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from Nov. 27-Dec. 1.

    Michael Ausplund, 38, of Tenants Harbor, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $150 fine, restitution $527.

    Tyler Barter, 24, of South Thomaston, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $250 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, dismissed.

    Darren J. Beaupre, 49, of Westport, operating under the influence (alcohol), $600 fine, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

    Brian Robillard, 23, of Rockland, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, $400 suspension, 30 days in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 30 days in jail.

    Jacob M. Rose, 18, of Brooks, marijuana: under 21 years of age, $350 fine.

    Jonathan J. Sevon, 43, of Friendship, probation violation, original charge for domestic violence assault, priors, cruelty to animals, 289 days in jail, probation revoked; criminal threatening, 90 days in jail; domestic violence criminal threatening, priors, three years in jail all suspended, probation two years, domestic violence terrorizing, priors, dismissed. Sevon was arrested Sept. 17 by the Knox County Sheriff’s Office. According to the affidavit filed in court, deputies responded to a complaint at a residence in Friendship. The victim told police that Sevon threatened to kill her and her children and would burn down the house with them in it. Police said that Sevon resisted arrest. After he was secured inside the police cruiser, he spat several times and banged his head on the cage window, police said.

    Samuel P. Street, 26, of Rockland, operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.

    Dean E. Sylvia, Jr., 29, of Rockland, operating while license suspended or revoked, $1000 fine.

    Harold R. Tarbox, 26, of Cushing, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, license suspended 150 days; operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.

    Montana M. Wadleigh, 23, of Vinalhaven, burglary, dismissed.

    Gage Wahlstrom, 24, of Wiscasset, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, dismissed.
