Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases

    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from Oct. 16-20.

    Joseph R. Dinapoli, 28, of Cushing, allowing dog to be at large, $50 fine.

    Linda S. Hoyt, 62, of Thomaston, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, $700 fine, 180 days in jail with all but seven days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years, registration suspended; operating vehicle without license, seven days in jail; violating condition of release, seven days in jail.

    Kathryn Johnson, 24, of Thomaston, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

    Theodore Larkin, 30, of Warren, assault, $500 fine, 15 days in jail.
